Cancellation Policy: We understand unexpected and unavoidable situations come up and appreciate a 24 hour notice ahead of any scheduled appointments. Late cancellations result in 50% of your visit cost to compensate for our provider’s time that they reserve for you that day. Last minute gaps in our schedule mean we lose the opportunity to help another practice member feel better.
