Meet the Docs!

Dr. Kari

Hello everyone! I’m so excited to meet all of you and your furry babes.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I’m a Wisconsin native, growing up in the outdoors and a lover of nature. I moved to Colorado in 2013 and never looked back.  My husband Chad and I have two kiddos, River and Oaklynn, who have been raised in the mountains playing in the dirt, and making memories around campfires.

Our three fur babies are all senior citizens, Buddy is a Bichon Frise, Boone is our Black Lab, and Hoyt is our Weimaraner.  These dogs will run from sun up until sun down.  They are lucky their mama adjusts them after a long weekend of fun.  We live for the camping memories and mountain fun.

Dr. Lex

I’m the Texas girl in our office and absolutely love my roots! I moved to Colorado in 2023 to enjoy all things nature and to be closer to the mountains. In my free time, I love hiking and adventuring with my Chinese Shar-Pei, Echo! I graduated from Parker University in Dallas, TX with my Doctorate in Chiropractic and Masters in Neuroscience degrees. I love neurology based chiropractic care and have special training in perinatal/pediatric populations!

Finding A New Skill

In 2008, I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington Minnesota as a Doctor of Chiropractic! I was living my dream.  After about 11 years in practice, I felt like there was more I could do and something was missing.  This is when I learned about animal chiropractic.  I was obsessed.

I enrolled into Parker University in Dallas Texas for the Animal Chiropractic program in 2019 and it has rocked my world!  I absolutely adore these furry babes and love integrating this into my practice.  I primarily work on dogs and horses, but I have adjusted many different pets and animals.  Pigs, hamsters, cats, goats, cows, even alpacas….the list goes on.  If you have a spine, I can help!

Healing

I love the option of eastern medicine first, and natural remedies instead of “masking” a symptom.  We as chiropractors, whether you are a human or an animal, have the innate ability to heal from within.  I pride myself in educating patients, whether you are the patient or the fur babies parent, I will always educate you on what I am doing and why.  Chiropractic should be a pleasant, and healing experience. When you walk away, you will know your “power is on”.
